Ingredients

  • 1 tomato
  • 300 grams dried beans (soaked in water)
  • 1 red onion
  • 5 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 bundle of parsley
  • 1/2 cup grape vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Let the beans soak in water in advance.
  2. Drain the beans and put them in a pot. Add enough drinking water to cover the beans and boil over low heat.
  3. Let the cooked beans stand for a while to cool down. Then drain them and put them in a salad bowl.
  4. Chop the red onions julienne style. Rub the onions with a teaspoon of salt.
  5. Drain the onions after rinsing them with water.
  6. Finely chop the parsley and tomatoes.
  7. Add the ingredients you chopped to the salad bowl with the beans. Then serve with vinegar, olive oil and salt. Enjoy your meal.
