Ingredients

  • 1 cup lentils
  • 6 cups of water
  • 2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoon flour
  • 2 teaspoon of butter

Instructions

  1. Wash and drain the lentils.
  2. Put the lentils in the pot. Place the vegetables on it. Add the water and cover the pot.
  3. Roast the butter and flour in a separate pot.
  4. Slowly add it to the lentils.
  5. After reaching consistency, remove the soup from the stove and blend in a blender. Put it back on the stove and boil it again without the lid of the pot, flavoring it with butter, salt, and black pepper.
  6. Heat the oil in a saucepan and add chili powder. Pour the sauce you prepared over the lentil soup.
