Ramen is a signature dish of Japanese cuisine. A type of noodle dish, ramen, is popular all over the Far East. There are different variations of the dish. This dish, which is a combination of soup and noodles, can be prepared in different ways depending on the region and the local chef. The noodles used in the soup are called ramen. Ramen

Ingredients

  • 400 grams of chicken
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 pack of ramen (or noodles)
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp ginger (grated)
  • 4-5 sprigs of scallion
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • Half a tsp baking powder
  • Salt

For the topping:

  • 100 grams of soybean sprouts
  • 3-4 sprigs of scallion (only green parts)

Instructions

  1. First, add 2 cups of water and the chicken to a pot.
  2. Add grated ginger, garlic, salt, and green onions and boil for about 30 minutes.
  3. Then take the boiled chickens out of the water and shred them.
  4. Strain the water and transfer it to another pot.
  5. Add sesame oil and soybean oil to the water. Boil this water for 15 minutes.
  6. Add 2 cups of water to a different pot and boil. When the water starts to boil, add the ramen and baking powder.
  7. Cook until the ramen is soft. After draining the ramen, put it in a bowl.
  8. Take a ladle of boiling water with sesame oil and pour it over the ramen. Enjoy your meal.
Serving Suggestions

Serve the ramen topped with a boiled egg, boiled chicken pieces, soybean sprouts, and scallion.

  • As mentioned before, if you can't find ramen pasta, you can also use noodles or spaghetti pasta.
  • You can also chop the chicken into small pieces instead of shredding it.
  • Use only the green parts of the scallion that you will add to the ramen.
