Ravioli is a dish frequently consumed in Italian cuisine. This time we fill the ravioli, which is filled with ingredients such as cheese and mushrooms, with fish filling.

Fish Ravioli

Ingredients

For the dough:

  • 300 g of flour
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 pinch of salt

For the batter:

  • 1 kg sea bream or sea bass
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 2-3 tablespoons grated parmesan
  • 2 eggs
  • Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. Heat the oven.
  2. Put the fish, garlic, and olive oil on a baking sheet, and bake for 20 minutes.
  3. Remove the flesh of the cooked fish to a bowl and add the garlic.
  4. Mix all the ingredients for the batter inside the bowl that the fish mixture is in.
  5. For the dough, put the flour in a bowl and make room in the center for the eggs. Add the eggs and salt to the center and knead.
  6. Roll out the dough thinly and cover it with the mixture.
  7. Boil them in salted, boiling water for 5 minutes.
  8. Serve plain or with sauce if you wish. Enjoy your meal.
