Ingredients

For Pasta Dough:

  • 5 egg yolks
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 kg flour
  • 35 ml of olive oil

For Sauce:

  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 200 gr. mushrooms
  • 1 chicken breast
  • 200 ml of cooking cream (1 pack)
  • 20 g finely chopped basil
  • 10 gr. salt
  • 5 gr. white pepper
  • 40 grams of Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. First of all, add flour, egg yolk, egg, and olive oil to a bowl for the dough.
  2. And mix until it reaches the consistency of dough. Knead the dough until it has a smooth texture.
  3. After kneading, roll it out with the help of a rolling pin or machine.
  4. Cut all of them equally.
  5. Boil for 3 minutes in boiling water.
  6. For Alfredo sauce, chop the onion, parsley, mushrooms, and garlic.
  7. Add olive oil to the pan and roast the onions. Then add garlic and chopped chicken cubes.
  8. Then add the mushrooms, and cut them into your preferred size. Add 200 mL of cream. Take the boiled pasta into the saucepan. And cook until the cream is absorbed.
