  1. Wash the rice and put it in a deep bowl. Add enough hot water and lemon juice to cover the rice and leave it for about an hour.
  2. Meanwhile, boil the chicken meat and reserve the water to use in the rice dish. Prepare the breast meat by shredding it.
  3. Drain the water from the rice. Heat the vegetable oil in a pot. Add the rice and salt, and stir rapidly for about 10 minutes.
  4. At the end of the roasting process, add the hot chicken broth in a ratio of 1 to 2, 1-2 drops of lemon juice, butter, and chickpeas, and stir.
  5. After the rice starts to boil over high heat, turn the heat to the smallest stove burner, reduce the heat to low, and close the lid of the pot.
  6. Remove from the stove after the rice has absorbed the water. Cover with a paper towel or kitchen napkin and leave to rest.
  7. Then place it on a serving plate, spread the shredded chicken meat on top, and sprinkle with black pepper.
  8. You can also add ketchup according to your taste. Enjoy your meal.
