Instructions

  1. Put the sugar and butter in a bowl and mix until the mixture becomes creamy.
  2. Add 1 egg to the mixture and mix for 10 seconds. Then add the other egg and mix for another 10 seconds. Add the eggs one by one in this manner.
  3. Sift the flour into another bowl. Add salt, baking powder, and vanillin sugar.

  9. After adding powdered sugar, strained yogurt, and mild cream cheese to the mixture, continue whisking.
  10. When the mixture reaches the consistency of cream, let it rest in the refrigerator.
  11. Meanwhile, cool the baked cake by keeping it at room temperature.
  12. When the cake has cooled, cut it in half in the center. First, spread the strawberry sauce on the cooled cake.
  13. Then pour the cream you have prepared and spread it evenly.
