Expert Tips
  • To get the consistency of the cookie dough, make sure that the milk or yogurt you will use is cold. In this way, you can get a denser consistency.
  • The other ingredients in the recipe should be at room temperature.
  • To ensure that your cookies bake evenly, be careful not to roll out the dough thickly.
  • Before shaping the cookie dough, stretch the dough and let it rest in the refrigerator. Then knead it once more and start shaping it.
  • If you are going to use powdered sugar when serving, you can reduce the amount of sugar added to the mixture to prevent it from being too sweet.
  • For an aromatic taste, you can add four teaspoons of apple juice. You can also add flour to get the consistency right.
  • You can use the rim of a glass or a fork to give your apple cookies different shapes.
  • You can get more elegant presentations by using ingredients such as nuts, hazelnuts, and pistachios.
  • You can prepare smaller portions.
