Turkey Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 500 g small turkey cubes
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tsp. curry
  • 1 tsp. cumin
  • 1 tsp. red chili powder
  • Half a cup of parsley
  • 1 egg
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • 50 g of breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil

Instructions

  1. First, set the oven to 180 degrees. Grind the turkey meat into minced meat in a food processor.
  2. Add grated onion, garlic, cumin, curry, pepper, and finely chopped parsley to the ground turkey and knead.
  3. Add salt and black pepper. Add the egg and breadcrumbs and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for 20 minutes.
  4. Pick walnut-sized pieces from the minced meat, roll them into balls, and lightly fry them in hot oil.
  5. Place the meatballs on the oven grill and cook for another 10–15 minutes. Enjoy your meal.
