Temaki is a type of hand-wrapped sushi. Nori, that is, the desired ingredients, are put into the seaweed, wrapped by hand, and consumed in that way. Temaki Sushi

Ingredients

  • 6 leaves of seaweed
  • 430 ml of water
  • 320 g sushi rice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 tablespoons of rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 400 g of finely chopped salmon
  • 5 cucumbers, Julienne finely cut,
  • Sesame
  • Black cumin
  • Pickled ginger
  • Soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Wash the rice in plenty of water and boil it in boiling salted water until cooked.
  2. Whisk the vinegar and sugar in a bowl until the sugar dissolves.
  3. Add it to the rice and mix.
  4. Spread the rice in the seaweed leaves, fill with cucumber and salmon, then fold into a funnel shape.
  5. Serve with sesame seeds, black cumin, soy sauce, and pickled ginger. Enjoy your meal.
