  • 8 taco shells
  • 500 g minced meat
  • 5 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1 tbsp hot pepper sauce
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper
  • Cumin
  • Parsley

Instructions

  1. Dice the onion and put it in a pan with the minced meat. Pour olive oil over it and let it roast over medium heat.
  2. Puree the tomatoes in a food processor and add them to the roasted minced meat. Add tomato paste and pepper sauce.
  3. Cook over low heat until the water is absorbed. Dice the peppers and sauté them in a separate pan with a little olive oil.
  4. Add the minced meat. Season with salt and spices. Cook for a few minutes and remove from the stove. Heat the taco shells in the oven.
  5. Fill them with the minced meat mixture, and serve with chopped parsley on top. Enjoy your meal.
