Shrimp Salad

Ingredients

  • 150 g shrimp (medium size)
  • 30 g butter
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Half a teaspoon of red chili pepper
  • Half a teaspoon of salt
  • 1 bunch of arugula
  • 1 tablespoon of corn
  • 4~5 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon of roasted pepper
  • 1 tablespoon spring onion
  • 6 green olives
  • 1 tablespoon
  • pumpkin seeds
  • 1 slice of toasted bread
  • 30 ml of orange and pomegranate sauce


For the orange-pomegranate sauce

  • 2 oranges
  • 1.5 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Half a teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic
  • Half a teaspoon of black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of pomegranate syrup
Shrimp Salad

Instructions

  1. Wash and clean the shrimp. Melt the butter in a pan, add the shrimp, and sauté. Add finely chopped garlic and red pepper flakes.
  2. Wash the arugula with plenty of water and chop it. Put it on the service plate. Chop all the other ingredients and add them to the arugula.
  3. Cut a slice of bread into small pieces and lightly fry in a pan. Add it to the salad. Add the shrimp on top, season with the sauce, and serve.
  4. To prepare the orange and pomegranate sauce, squeeze the juice from the oranges. Add all the ingredients and grind them with a food processor to make a sauce.
