Salted Caramel Fudge

Ingredients

  • 240 ml of condensed milk
  • 180 g brown sugar
  • 115 g unsalted butter, chopped
  • 200 g white chocolate, broken into pieces
  • Sea salt

Instructions

  1. Grease a 20-cm baking sheet and line it with baking paper.
  2. In a medium saucepan, add the condensed milk, brown sugar, and butter. Place over low heat and stir until the sugar dissolves.
  3. Turn the heat to medium and continue stirring until the mixture starts to boil and thicken.
  4. Remove the caramel mixture from the heat and stir in all the white chocolate.
  5. Pour the custard into the prepared mold. Smooth the top and sprinkle salt on top. Place in the fridge for 3–4 hours, or even overnight, to set. Cut them into thick squares to serve.
  6. Store the fudge in the refrigerator. Enjoy!
