Ingredients

  • 25 g egg white
  • 30 g powdered sugar
  • 10 g flour
  • 25 g unsalted butter (melted)
  • 1 liter of water
  • 75 g sugar
  • 1 kg of pear (peeled, cleaned, and sliced)
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  1. Mix the flour and powdered sugar in a large bowl. After beating the egg white, gradually add it to the flour.
  2. Then add the unsalted butter and prepare the dough by mixing for 5 minutes.
  3. Put the water, sugar, pears, cinnamon sticks, lemon juice, and vanilla in a separate pot and bring to a boil. After the water boils, reduce the heat, boil for 4 more minutes, and let it cool.
  4. Put the dough you prepared into the stew pot and place 5–6 slices of the cooked pears on it.
  5. Bake in a preheated 200-degree oven for 10 minutes.
  6. Just before serving, place a scoop of vanilla ice cream in the center and serve hot.
