Oven-Baked Sea Bass

Ingredients

  • 4 pieces of 350~500 gr sea bass (cleaned and scaled)
  • 4 tbsp melted butter or margarine
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 red onions
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 lemon

Instructions

  1. Place the fish in the oven bag. Add the melted margarine to the fish. Refrigerate the fish in the bag for 15 minutes.
  2. Carefully remove the fish from the oven bag and place the thinly sliced vegetables on the fish as you like. Set the oven to 180 degrees.
  3. Place an empty oven bag on a baking sheet. Spread the leftover sliced vegetables into the oven bag.
  4. Place the fish evenly on the sliced vegetables, and tie the bag. Bake in the oven set to 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
  5. After removing the fish from the oven, let it rest for 10 minutes.
  6. You can serve the baked sea bass with hummus and black-eyed pea salad. Enjoy your meal!

  • Make sure to clean the sea bass you will use in the recipe.
  • Make small scratches on it before starting the cooking process. Thus, it will cook more easily.
