Oven-Baked Salmon

Ingredients

  • 4 salmon fillet
  • 4 scallion
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper

For serving:

  • 1 cup finely chopped parsley
  • Dill
  • Scallion mixture
  • Half a cup of finely chopped dill
  • 3 potatoes
  • Sunflower seed oil

Instructions

  1. Finely chop the spring onions and put them in a bowl. Add olive oil, salt, pepper, and lemon juice, and mix.
  2. Place the fish in a well-oiled oven dish. Pour the onion mixture over the fish and bake in an oven preheated to 190 degrees.
  3. Peel the potatoes, cut them into cubes, and fry them in hot oil. Drain the excess oil on a paper towel and mix with the dill.
  4. Place the fish on the service plate. Sprinkle the fresh herb mixture on it. Serve with the potatoes.

  • When cooking the fish, controlled cooking is required to prevent it from getting too dry. Keeping the fish juicy will increase the flavor of the fish.
