1 bread dough
1 tbsp. olive oil
For the sauce:
3 tomatoes
1 clove of garlic
2 tsp. granulated sugar
4 tbsp. olive oil
12 anchovy fillets
24 capers
1 dried red chili pepper
200 g mozzarella
1 jalapeno

Instructions
Knead the dough on a flour-spread countertop by adding olive oil. Roll it out with the help of a rolling pin to a diameter of 28 cm, and place it on a tray lined with baking paper.
Grate the tomato.
Slice the garlic thinly. Put it in a pot with sugar and olive oil and cook for 8–10 minutes. Spread the tomato sauce over the dough.
Place the anchovies, sliced mozzarella, capers, and thinly sliced red pepper on top.
Bake in the oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15 minutes. Drizzle olive oil over them, and serve hot. Enjoy your meal.
