Lemon Parfait

Ingredients

  • 25 ml cream
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 30 g strained yogurt
  • 1 lemon zest
  • 5 g granulated sugar
  • 5 g of leaf gelatin

Instructions

  1. Beat the cream well with a mixer. Add the egg yolks and continue beating.
  2. Add the strained yogurt, grated lemon rind, and sugar.
  3. Finally, add the soaked gelatine leaves and mix.
  4. Put the parfait mixture into a mold with a slice of thin cake. Keep it in the deep freezer.
  5. Remove it from the mold when it freezes well. Serve with strawberries and strawberry sauce. Enjoy!
