Lemon Parfait
Ingredients
- 25 ml cream
- 1 egg yolk
- 30 g strained yogurt
- 1 lemon zest
- 5 g granulated sugar
- 5 g of leaf gelatin
Lemon Parfait
Instructions
- Beat the cream well with a mixer. Add the egg yolks and continue beating.
- Add the strained yogurt, grated lemon rind, and sugar.
- Finally, add the soaked gelatine leaves and mix.
- Put the parfait mixture into a mold with a slice of thin cake. Keep it in the deep freezer.
- Remove it from the mold when it freezes well. Serve with strawberries and strawberry sauce. Enjoy!
