Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika powder. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Fry the chicken on both sides until the color changes.
Add the remaining butter and crushed garlic, and cook for another 1-2 minutes. Add chicken broth, cream, parmesan cheese, lemon juice, and thyme, and continue cooking.
When it starts to boil, add coarsely chopped spinach, cook for 3–5 more minutes, and remove from the stove.
Put the chicken meat in a baking dish and bake at 175 degrees for about 25–30 minutes, or until the top is fried. Serve hot.
