Lemon Blondie

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 115 g butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 cup of flour

  • 1/4 cup sugar

Instructions

  1. In a deep bowl, beat the butter, sugar, and egg at room temperature.
  2. Add the dry ingredients to the mixture little by little and continue mixing.
  3. Finally, add the chopped white chocolate and mix.
  4. Grease the baking dish you will use, pour the cake mixture into it, and spread it evenly.
  5. Bake in a preheated 170-degree oven for 20–25 minutes.
  6. Let the cake cool after it comes out of the oven.
  7. Add lemon zest, lemon juice, water, sugar, and starch to a saucepan.
  8. After the sugar and starch dissolve and thicken, remove them from the stove.
  9. Add the egg yolk and whisk quickly.
  10. Finally, add the butter and mix well.
  11. Pour the cream over the blondie before it cools down, and spread it evenly.
