Ingredients

  • 1.5 kg lamb neck
  • Sea or rock salt
  • 1 sprig of rosemary
  • Black pepper flakes
  • 2 cloves of garlic

Instructions

  1. Add salt, the desired amount of black pepper, and garlic to the cleaned whole neck, and rub it well with olive oil.
  2. Place the neck in the center of the baking paper, place a whole sprig of rosemary on it, and close it tightly like a package.
  3. Wrap aluminum foil around this wrap and bake in a preheated 200-degree steam oven for 4 hours.
  4. If your oven is steamless, create a steamy environment by placing water in a heat-resistant container on the bottom tray.
  5. Remove from the oven at the end of the cooking time and serve hot after resting in aluminum foil for 5 minutes.
