  • 100 g of Japanese rice
  • Half a cup of rice vinegar
  • 2 tsp granulated sugar

  • Thinly sliced sea bass and tuna

Instructions

  1. Wash and drain the Japanese rice with plenty of water. Put it in a special pot and cook it so that it stays slightly firm. Blend and cool the rice. Add the rice vinegar and sugar, and blend again.
  2. Prepare two-finger-thick and one-finger-long meatball-shaped pieces from the rice.
  3. Place sliced sea bass, tuna, salmon, or shrimp in the same-size rice balls.
  4. Serve the sushi on a serving plate with pickled ginger, sliced avocado, cucumber, and soy sauce. Enjoy your meal.
