Ingredients
- 150 g powdered sugar
- 1 egg
- 100 g butter
- 100 g margarine
- 1 cup of starch
- 5 g vanilla
- 5 cups of flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon of ginger

Instructions
- Combine the powdered sugar, flour, vanilla, cinnamon, ginger, starch, and flour in a bowl and sift them into a separate bowl.
- Add the butter, margarine, and egg to the bowl where you sifted the dry ingredients and knead the dough. When the mixture has the dough consistency, let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
- Roll out the rest of the dough and cut it into the shapes you want.
- Place them on the baking tray and bake at 180 degrees for 15–20 minutes.
- Leave it to cool down.
- Meanwhile, roll out the colored sugar dough with a little starch, cut it into cookie sizes, and decorate it by placing it on the cookies. Bon Appetit!
