Ingredients

  • 1 pack of macaroni pasta
  • 5~6 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 boiled carrot
  • 4-5 tbsp strained yogurt
  • 3~4 cornichon
  • 2/3 cup of boiled peas
  • 2/3 cup of sliced black olives
  • 2 tsp mustard
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 7~8 sprigs of fresh basil
  • Sweet corn
  • Salt

Instructions

  1. First of all, boil the pasta according to the cooking recommendation on the package, and then drain it. Set it aside and let it cool.
  2. Cut the tomatoes into quarters. Reserve a few sweet corns for garnish and slice the remaining pickles. Clean the carrot and cut it into thin circles. Remove the basil leaves.
  3. Mix the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, mustard, and a pinch of salt in a bowl.
  4. Put the tomatoes, sweet corn, carrots, pickles, peas, black olives, green olives, and basil in a salad bowl and mix. Drizzle the mustard sauce over the salad.
  5. Finally, pour the cooled pasta over the mixture and mix all the ingredients. You can decorate with the reserved sweet corn and basil leaves. Bon appetit!
