Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk with a fork until the yolks are mixed with the whites. Heat the butter in a medium skillet.
Just before the butter starts to brown, quickly pour the whisked eggs into the pan and reduce the heat a little.
Gently jiggle the pan back and forth to prevent sticking.
When the omelet is golden brown, slide the omelet onto a serving plate, folding it in half.
Serve immediately with a few leaves of parsley on top. Bon appetit!

If you want to make a fluffy omelet, add a teaspoon of corn flour to a tablespoon of water. Add this mixture to the egg. Thus, you will get a fluffy omelet!
