For the sauce, heat the sesame oil in a saucepan. Add the crushed garlic, fresh ginger, chicken broth, honey, soy sauce, and rice vinegar, and bring to a boil.
Add some of the sauce to the corn flour, mix, and add to the boiling sauce. Cook for 3–4 more minutes until the sauce thickens, and remove from the stove.
For the chicken meat, whisk the corn flour, egg whites, salt, and white pepper in a bowl. Add the cubed chicken meat and mix well.
Heat the olive oil in a pan. Add the chicken meat and sauté. Continue sautéing until the chicken meat softens and turns color.
Add sesame seeds and cook for 3–4 more minutes. Remove the cooked chicken pieces from the stove.
Put the chicken meat on a serving plate and add honey sauce and finely chopped chives to it. Serve hot with rice pilaf.
