Creamy Beef Sauté

Ingredients

  • 750-gram steak
  • 1 onion
  • 350 g mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon of flour
  • 2 cups of water
  • 100 ml cream
  • 50 g butter
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper
Creamy Beef Sauté

Instructions

  1. Chop the onion into small pieces. Put the butter in the pan and melt it. Add the onions and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Cut the meat into julienne pieces. Add it to the sautéed onions and cook until it releases its water.
  3. Add 1.5 cups of hot water and stir. Reduce the heat of the stove a little and cook for about 1 hour until the meat is soft.
  4. Finely chop the mushrooms into half-moon shapes. Add to the meat pot and cook for 6-7 minutes. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon of flour on it and mix well.
  5. Add cream, salt, and pepper close to the stove. Cook for 2–3 minutes and remove from the stove. Serve hot.
