Corn Tempura

Ingredients

  • 200 gr. canned corn
  • 1/2 cup of mineral water
  • 2 tablespoons of flour
  • 2 tablespoons of corn flour
  • Salt
Corn Tempura

Instructions

  1. Drain the canned corn.
  2. Add flour and mix.
  3. Mix the corn flour with the mineral water.
  4. Add it to the corn and mix again.
  5. Fry in vegetable oil from back to front.
  6. You can serve it with yogurt sauce if you wish. Enjoy your meal.
