Expert Tips
  • When choosing the mincemeat you will use, make sure that it is medium-fat and does not dry out. You can also grind it twice to make it more consistent.
  • You can add some breadcrumbs to the mixture to make the meatballs more delicious.
  • Before adding the egg and onion to the mixture, you can add the juice of the grated onion to the mixture to get an intense aroma.
  • Do the kneading with your hands instead of using a utensil. Thus, you can ensure that the ingredients are well mixed and the texture is right.
  • Put a small amount of oil in the pan you will use during the cooking process. Meatballs cooked in too much oil will start to dry.
  • If you want, you can make the meatballs into round balls. You can give them the shape you want, depending on the cooking method and the sauce you will use.
