Ingredients
- 3/4 cup apple sauce
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 3/4 cup yogurt
- 1 egg
- 4 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa
- 2 tsp baking soda
- 2 tsp baking powder
- A pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup white chocolate chips
For the top:
- Grated chocolate
- Red currant

Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the apple sauce, brown sugar, honey, yogurt, eggs, and vanilla extract. Combine the flour, cocoa, baking soda, baking powder, and a pinch of salt in a separate bowl. Slowly add the flour mixture to the liquid mixture and continue mixing. Finally, add the chocolate chips.
- Transfer the mixture into an oiled and floured cake mold. Bake in a preheated 180-degree oven for 35–40 minutes. Take it out of the oven and let it rest for 15-20 minutes, then sprinkle powdered sugar over it. Garnish with grated chocolate and red currants, slice, and serve.
