Chicken Liver Pate

Ingredients

  • 400 g chicken liver
  • 2 large onions (chopped small)
  • 200 ml cream
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. black pepper (freshly ground)
  • 3 tbsp. brandy
Chicken Liver Pate

Instructions

  1. Clean the chicken liver, fry it in butter with onions, and let it cool.
  2. Add cream, salt, pepper, and brandy to the cooled liver and blend in a food processor.
  3. Place on the plate to serve, cover with cling film, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
  4. Serve with green apples, melba, or bread.
