Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 6 tbsp chia seeds
  • 3 cups of milk
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

For the top:

  • Seasonal fruits

Instructions

  1. Put the chia seeds in a large bowl. Add milk, honey, and cinnamon, and mix. Leave it at room temperature for two hours, stirring occasionally.
  2. When the chia seeds start to gel and get a pudding consistency, put them in the refrigerator and leave them overnight. Garnish with seasonal fruits, and serve.
