Cheese Omelette

Ingredients

  • 2 large-size eggs
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 2 slices of feta cheese
  • 1 tsp mint
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • Parsley (optional)

Instructions

  1. First, crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk them.
  2. Put olive oil and butter in a skillet. Add the spices to the beaten eggs and pour into the pan.
  3. When the bottom of the omelet is cooked, add the cheese on top.
  4. When the bottom is cooked, lift half of the omelet and place it on top of the other. It will be in the shape of a half-moon.
  5. When the omelet is cooked evenly on all sides, take it off the stove. Serve with tomatoes and arugula leaves. Enjoy your meal.
