Ingredients

  • 1/2 medium broccoli
  • Half a cup canned sweet corn
  • 1/2 carrot
  • 1/2 red capia pepper
  • 1 green chili pepper
  • 20 gr olive oil
  • Salt

Instructions

  1. Separate the green parts of the broccoli, the florets, from the stems with the help of a knife and throw them into boiling salted water. After about 40 seconds, remove them with a colander and cool them in cold water.
  2. Then let it drain with a strainer. Grate the carrot.
  3. Cut the peppers into juliennes.
