Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • ½ cup shallots, finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons of white vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons of white wine
  • ¾ cup cream
  • Salt
  • 8 tablespoons of butter, cut into 12 pieces

Instructions

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a pan and fry the shallots. Add wine and vinegar and cook until the water is absorbed.
  2. Add cream and salt and let it boil. Add the diced cold butter one by one and whisk.
