Ingredients

  • 400 gr. flour
  • 25 g of fresh yeast
  • 130 g of warm milk
  • 50 g sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 50 g butter, melted
  • 5 g vanilla
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Add yeast and sugar to the warm milk and let it stand for the yeast to activate.
  2. Blend the flour, sugar, and vanilla in a bowl.
  3. Beat the egg in a separate bowl.
  4. Bring all the mixture together and knead it. When the dough reaches consistency, leave it to ferment.
  5. Then roll it out and cut round pieces. Cover it with a damp cloth and rest it.
  6. Put vegetable oil in the pan, and when it gets hot, place the dough pieces and cook both sides.
  7. You can squeeze any filling you want inside.
  8. Sprinkle powdered sugar and serve.
