  • 1 kg of minced beef
  • 300 g chicken breast
  • 300 g of tail fat
  • 4 onions
  • 1 tsp sumac
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp saffron
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Pass the tail fat, chicken breast, and onion through a meat grinder. If you don't have a meat grinder, you can grind them using a meat knife.
  2. Add the mixture to the ground beef, add the spices, and knead.
  3. Cover it and let it rest in the fridge for half an hour.
  4. Prepare salt water in a bowl. Dip your hand in the salty water and shape the meatballs on skewers.
  5. Fry the meatballs on the grill or in the oven until cooked on both sides. Enjoy your meal.
