  1. After marinating the veal chops with salt only, cook them in a cast-iron skillet or grill using the sealing technique.
  2. Cook the meat nicely on both sides for about 3 minutes each for medium-rare. You can cook the broccoli in the same pan with the same method to serve alongside.
  3. You can also add mashed or fried potatoes according to your preference.
