  1. Add the gelatin to the milk in a small glass, stir, and wait 2-3 minutes.
  2. Put the cream and granulated sugar in a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat.
  3. When small bubbles start to appear, slowly add the milk with gelatin. Add vanilla and stir.
  4. Portion the mixture into the molds soaked in water. When it reaches room temperature, cover and refrigerate. Leave it for at least 2–3 hours.
  5. Place the dessert in a bowl filled with hot water before serving so that it can be easily removed from the molds. Turn it upside down and serve with fresh fruits. Enjoy your meal.

  • Using powdered gelatin saves time.
