  1. Preheat the oven to 240 degrees. Wash the potatoes well, and wrap them separately in baking paper and aluminum foil. Place on the wire rack of the hot oven and bake until softened.
  2. While the potatoes are cooking, prepare the side dish. Drain the water from the garnish and put it in a bowl.
  3. Add the canned corn. Chop the pickled gherkins into small pieces, slice the sausages, add them to the mixture, and blend everything.
  4. When the potatoes are cooked, remove them from the oven, cut them in half, scoop out the insides with a spoon and put them in a bowl.
  5. Add butter, a pinch of salt, and grated cheddar cheese to the inside of the potato and mix with the potato until the butter and cheddar cheese melt.
  6. Place the garnish mixture in the center of the potato. Serve hot by squeezing mayonnaise and ketchup. Enjoy your meal.
