How to Make Ardahan-Style Pisi?
- Mix flour, yeast, salt, and water to obtain a soft but firm dough.
- Leave the dough to rest for a while. When the dough is fermented, fill a deep, large pan half full of oil and heat this oil over high heat.
- Cut the dough into desired small slices and roll out the phyllo sheets with a rolling pin; pierce the center of the phyllo sheets for better cooking. Fry in hot oil. It is ready to serve.
How to Make Afyon-Style Pishi? - Divide the dough into fist-sized pieces. These pieces are brought to the size of a plate by dipping them in oil with the fingertips.
