  1. Put half a packet of yeast, sugar, and warm water in a bowl and mix. Wait 3–4 minutes for the yeast to dissolve.
  2. Then gradually add the flour and salt to the mixture. Use a wooden spoon to mix all the ingredients.
  3. Knead the dough until it reaches a consistency that will not stick to your hands. Then cover it with plastic wrap and let it rest for an hour.
  4. After the fermentation period is over, knead the dough for a few more minutes and shape it with your hands.
  5. Put the dough on a tray lined with baking paper and leave it for another 20 minutes. 
  6. Finally, make a scratch on it with a knife. You can also sprinkle sesame seeds and black cumin.
  7. Put the dough in the oven set to 200 degrees and bake for 30 minutes. Enjoy your meal.
  Expert Tips
  • Preheat the oven so that the bread bakes evenly.
  • Before starting the baking process, put 2-3 pieces of ice in a heat-resistant bowl. Then bake the dough. This will make the bread more crispy. 
  • To help the yeast dough rise in a short time, preheat the oven to 50 degrees for 10-15 minutes and turn it off. Place the dough in the oven and leave it to ferment.
  • If you wish, you can spread yogurt on the dough.
