  1. First, put the raw almonds in water and leave them for 1-2 hours.
  2. After the waiting time, boil the almonds for 10 minutes.
  3. Peel the shells of the warmed almonds well and place them in the oven to dry for 20 minutes.
  4. Grind the almonds in a rondo until they turn into powder.
  5. For the cake, put the sugar and eggs in a bowl and whisk for 10 minutes.
  6. Meanwhile, melt the butter and dark chocolate in a bain-marie.
  7. Add the melted mixture to the bowl with the sugar and eggs and mix.
  8. Add the floured almonds, vanilla, and half a tablespoon of baking powder, and mix well.
  9. You can also add cherry or a few drops of almond flavoring to lighten the taste.
  10. Pour the mixture onto the baking sheet and sprinkle with white chocolate chips.
  11. Bake in a 170-degree oven for 20–25 minutes. After baking, wait for it to cool, slice, and serve. Bon appetit!
