One of the most popular dishes in Thailand is Tom Yum  Soup, which is made with shrimp and sea bass or only with mushrooms.   1. First, dice the onions and finely mince the garlic.
  2. Add oil to a pan and sauté the onions and garlic in the oil.
  3. After two minutes of sautéing, add the minced ginger, red pepper flakes, hot sauce, and mushrooms.
  4. After sautéing the ingredients, add the fish stock and bring to a boil.
  5. When it is close to boiling, add lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  6. Meanwhile, cut the sea bass fillets into cubes and add them to the pan. Then add the shrimp and mix.
  7. Cook over low heat until the shrimp are softened.
  8. Then add the coriander and lemongrass, and turn off the heat. Enjoy your meal.

  • You can use oysters, cultivated, or mixed mushrooms for this recipe.
  • To make things easier, buy the sea bass as fillets and get the shrimp cleaned.
  • You can also add vegetable broth instead of fish broth.
  • The soup is ready when the shrimp and sea bass are soft.
