  1. Finely chop the garlic. Put the olive oil and butter in a frying pan.
  2. After the oil is heated, add the garlic.
  3. Wash and chop the mushrooms nicely.
  4. When the garlic starts to smell, add the chopped mushrooms.
  5. Roast the mushrooms for 2 minutes. Meanwhile, finely chop 2 sprigs of spring onion.
  6. Add soy sauce and spring onions to the mushrooms. Cook for 5–6 minutes with the lid closed.
  7. Arrange the bread slices on a serving plate and spread mild cream cheese on them.
  8. Place the mushroom mixture on the bread slices.
  9. Sprinkle with finely chopped parsley and spring onion. Enjoy your meal.
