Chicken tikka, one of the most popular recipes in Indian cuisine with its slightly spicy taste and spices, is prepared with large pieces of chicken.   1. First, remove the skin from the chicken thighs and cut them into large pieces.
  2. Peel and grate the fresh ginger. Chop the garlic into small pieces.
  3. Mix ginger, garlic, and chili powder in a bowl.
  4. Coat the chicken thighs with this mixture and let them rest for 1 hour.
  5. Put the strained yogurt in a bowl and mix it with garam masala and fresh coriander.
  6. Dip the spice-marinated chicken meat into the strained yogurt mixture and thread it onto iron skewers.
  7. Cook in a preheated tandoor oven for an average of 18–20 minutes.
  8. For the salad, after washing the lettuce and cucumbers with plenty of water, julienne the peels.
  9. Add lemon juice, balsamic vinegar, and red wine vinegar and mix.
  10. Place the naan bread on the serving plate first. Place the cooked chicken on top and serve with the salad. Enjoy your meal.

  • If the tandoor oven is not available, you can place the chicken on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake it in the oven.
  • Cooking time may vary depending on the oven type. Therefore, cook in a controlled manner.
