  1. Coarsely chop the potato and onion and put them in the pot. Add the peas, add water, and cook until the vegetables soften. Blend it in a blender and pass it through a strainer. Add water if necessary.
  2. Melt the butter in a pot, add the flour, and roast until it turns yellow. Add the pea mixture and let it boil. Add cream and remove from heat. Season with salt and black pepper.
  3. Portion the soup into serving bowls. Garnish with cream and dill. Serve hot.
  Serving Suggestions

You can sprinkle red pepper flakes and serve.
