  1. Wash and chop the spinach.
  2. Fry the diced onions in sunflower oil until they turn pink.
  3. Sprinkle the flour and fry for 2 minutes.
  4. Add the diced potato and spring onions. Add the hot water, and after boiling for a while, add the spinach leaves. Cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Divide the soup into bowls, add a spoonful of cream, and serve.
