  1. Place the phyllo sheets on top of each other, divide them into 4 pieces with the help of a knife, and get 12 equal pieces of phyllo sheets.
  2. For the sauce for the pastry, mix yogurt, eggs, and sunflower oil in a bowl.
  3. Add olive oil to a large pan and start sautéing the diced onions.
