Saganaki, which has spread from Greek cuisine to the world, is a kind of fried cheese served both as a snack and as an appetizer. Hard cheese is used to make this dish, which is enriched with honey, garlic, and lemon sauce. Although it is usually coated with breadcrumbs, you can also fry it by coating it with sesame seeds. Traditionally, kefalotiri cheese is used to make saganaki. However, since it might be hard to find in your country, you can also use hard local cheeses or halloumi cheese. If the ingredients are ready, we can move on to the details of the Greek-style saganaki recipe.
